You can either book week by week or sign up for our ''training camp experience'', run over 3 months, and ending in you taking part in your own exhibition bout on one of our boxing nights.

You've watched the big fights on tv, with the boxer making their way to the ring through a cloud of smoke, lights flashing and their favorite music pumping through the air to help them focus on the job ahead.

3 months after you start here, that's what you aim to do on your very own show against someone you've already sparred with during training sessions. If after the 3 months you feel you need a bit longer to get ready, that's not a problem, it's more imortant to take your time and do it right. 3 months is the average time in which we see our students developing enough technically and mentally to be able to take part in a show, if some of our guys need a bit longer they just extend their camp to what suits them.

1. Pay per session: £9 but better to pay in advance as its cheaper!

2. Pay for 2 sessions in advance: £16 save £2  Alright.

3. Pay for 3 sessions in advance: £20 save £7  Cool.

4. training camp experience: £240 (3 months/4 classes a week/unlimited gym use/box on your own show)  The deal

Classes run:

Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 8pm / Saturday: 9am - 12pm

Sunday: Closed

Class Times:

Our class times are 10am-6pm and 7pm, mon-fri. (theres also a class 11am mon), and 10am on saturday
