I start back at college next week and I can't wait to get back into a routine of some sort. This summer has been almost too relaxed and so I'm looking forward to knowing when I'm training, dieting etc...

1 week and three days left of conditioning. It's been good :) and I doubt any other squads will be as well prepared as us. Think I've had enough of wall sits now though thanks ;)

Paddy spoke to me about training on the back ffot ready for next season; at the moment I'm a very aggressive fighter but I need to become a strong counter puncher too. We'll see how it goes...

After training hard again this week, and a quick but fierce bit of conditioning with Phil today, I'm off to the Edinburgh Fringe Festval tomorrow with drama. The youth classes are still on of course and I look forward to returning to the gym next Thursday. Peace x
